Refund policy

No Returns 

Due to the nature of our business we are unable to issue refunds. Our products are made freshly to order. 

However, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an order this must be done within 48hrs prior to collecting. You will then be issued a store credit of that value to use at your convenience. 

Please Note: Failure to collect and item or cancelling less than 48hrs prior to collection will not be refunded or credited.
